Rhubarb Crumble

In early spring the first rhubarb buds appear in my garden and it's not long before the stems are long enough to harvest for a wonderful crumble. This is perfect with custard, whipped cream or ice cream, and can be eaten both as a cake with coffee or as a dessert.
