Peanut Limeade
Limonada de cacahuate

My American friends look at me funny when I talk up this concoction, my ode to two ingredients beloved by Mexicans. But for those of us born in a land where drinks are often made from flours, seeds, and nuts, the combination makes fine sense. Give it a chance ang you'll be shocked at how lovely it is, the aroma and sweetness of peanuts giving way to a bolt of tart lime with each refreshing sip. Still feeling apprehensive? Add an ounce or so of rum to each glass.
