Cloudberry and Cream Cornets

While I was in university in Umeä I came to realise why cloudberries are called Norrland's gold - the golden berries ripen in the autumn and glitter like jewels in the great woods and moors of this region. They taste indescribably wonderful, and presented in the these sweet cornets they're good enough to serve just as they are, standing in individual glasses.
